What EGT should I shoot for if I'm running pure pump gas and 100% denatured alchy rather than pump gas mixed with race gas? Running a 21 degree Testa chip right now.

Depends on where you have the probe 
Mine is located 2" below the 0-2 sensor, and I pick up knock at 1650.
You will need to push it to where you get a little knock, then back off.
