best bet if your really wanting 10s and a HA would be to look into the use of E85. for any non intercooled car this is the hot ticket. There are some IC jobs done on HAs and they work well, but alot of puriest HA guys shun them and they are too bastardized for the intercooled crowd... kinda a rock and a hard place deal.
but it would be nice to see another dedicated HA performer... the few that have succeded have really changed the ball game for the early cars if your willing to do the work. Check out the HOTAIR section down a few forum chapters from this one... browse around, see the challenges in front of them... think long and hard and then make some ideas on what you would like to do. The forum has tons and tons of information it shouldnt be too hard to make a decision. But if it were up to me, id spend 2 weeks just learning what i was getting into for any of the options. But your on the right path, and opinions from some of the more senor members here is and can be very very helpful and getting atleast a pointer for navigating this huge forum is a great first start!
but congrats on your purchase and welcome back to the buick family!
