Hey everyone, I just got a set of Ford 36# bluetop injectors today, and I want to know how much FP to run with them. Here's my fuel set-up:
Walbro 307
hot-wire kit
adj. fpr
alcohol injection

And, stock turbo & i/c

I want to get a Thrasher chip for the bluetops, I see there is an option on a chip that will run the injectors static... what does that mean? I was thinking to get a T100 for daily driving, would that give me poor mpg? Thanks.

don't get a t100 if you are running pump gas...too much timing....set the fuel pressure wherever the chip maker recommends (usually 42-45 lbs, vac off)

Like Woody says get the chip that matches the octane of fuel you will be using on a daily basis. They are setup that way for a reason. Proper timing tables and boost levels for the gas octane.

Static means it will hold the injectors static (max pulsewidth that gives 100% flow). This will flow as much fuel as your injectors can by basically holding them open during WOT. Good for combos that need all the fuel their injectors can give to keep it from going lean.

Good reading here:

Thanks for the replies. I was wondering about the T100 because I have alcohol injection, and the T92's seem to hold back on power.
So 'static' only affects WOT?
