What happened to ATR?

I need to send my downpipe back to be repaired but was told they were no more. If this is true then what's the easiest way to have this thing repaired? Also, what happened to these guys?

They went into bankruptcy. They're still there, but don't have the same phone number anymore, and are only selling stuff off the shelf, nothing that they have to order.
