I think it is a Red's chip for 60-65# injectors from 2 years ago???

Also has F 5 and 5 5 on the ends.

That is a high boost moderate timing Red Armstrong chip for 112+ Octane.
I believe those chips are for 22+ psi boost.

Two of the 5`s on the corners are his codes for special options.
