T type is not a code. W-11only means black out package. Also is a t top also had the g87 rear end.

You've got it a little backwards. All of the 83 up Buick turbo cars are T types and all 84 up Grand nationals are T types with a specific trim package. The only real difference is that an IC GN isn't as fast as an IC T type with very few trim items.

One thing that confuses me is the VIN shows it as a 1985 yet
it has the turbo in the front like an intercooled '86 or '87!

They do match but the motor was changed!

Well the body shell would be for sale its a rust free shell i would like to get 2 g for it but the 8.5 motor and trans will be gone!
