What is this sound?

This is the roaring hum that my bone stock T-Type makes after an interstate trip. It does not do this just driving around town, but does it after a high speed 1 hour interstate trip. Listen:

Can anyone please tell me what that sound is? Is something wrong?

Another vote for fuel pump. Should also check your fuel filter. If clogged the pump could be overworking.

Yea it's the fuel pump...mine makes a noise similar but not as loud. Might want to check fuel pressure.

I would also agree, check the fuel pump. The sound from the pump
spinning is getting transferred to the tank, it's as if the pump is
laying on the bottom of the fuel tank. Is that possible?

Thanks everyone. That makes sense now, because the sound is coming from the rear of the car. When I chaned the fuel filter about a month ago the gas was really rusty. Guess I need a new tank and pump. Does anyone know if Kirbans Fuel Pump Feeder Kit is neccessary for a stock set up?
