Ive got a 2000 Camaro SS, 417 rwhp/388 rwtq. (SAE corrected, was dynoed as driven on the street, full weight car, fully functional, fully loaded, no cutout, no short belt, or any other dyno trick) Its has every bolt on you can buy for it (except the new electric Meziere water pump that just recently came out
), a cam, custom MTI tuning, a few suspension mods, and a few drivetrain mods. It has the stock 10 bolt with a 3.42 gear. The car's rev limiter is set at 6700 rpm and I usually shift it around 6500/6600. The car is currently a 6-speed but is awaiting a 200-4R transplant. I wanted to know what needs/has to be done/modified/"beefed up" in order for the tranny to work properly and hold up to some low to mid 11 sec. passes. If there is any other information that you need to know about the car to determine, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
