What should 3 Bar Map Voltage read?

My question is what should the voltage be reading with the key on engine off. On my PL its shows 1.52-1.53 volts is this right. I was thinking it should read more along the lines of 4.9 - 5.0 volts. The MAP KPA reading is 99.XX with key on engine off.

Yours is reading correctly. Typically you'll see around 1.5-1.6 volts at atmospheric pressure. At 5 volts you would be at 30psi boost.
