I have looked GNTTYPE and I found a description of what goes where. I can't find any suggestions as to what needs improvement. Where is the main ground strap from the engine to the body of the car or should I add one.

What comes in these aftermarket ground kits?

Unopened unpulled motor I would just inspect them with a mirror on the back of the head and if they look and feel fine I wouldn't touch them.

Ground strap on the gas tank EDGE metal to the frame is a good idea.

Ground strap from the frame to the battery, I have double posts on mine, is also a good idea especially with stereo add ons.

Relocation kits are good if you pull your engine out a lot.

I think they are a good idea just because they're more accessible, & the grounds on the head seem like they wouldn't be as succeptable to road grease/grime.

Salvage is right though in that they will work fine where they're at as long as they're inspected every once in a while.:)

I just bought a kit from a board member because they aren't pricey & I'll use it on the new motor for the GN I bought.

They will just be easier to check while troubleshooting, ect. :)
