What should I expect?

I am getting ready to put a package together on my 87 gn. I'm just curious what my car will be capable of. I'm no pro driver and if anyone wants to give me any advice on changing anything please do!! The motor is stock internally, it has a lockup converter a 2800 stall, adj wastegate, 2 1/2 inch exhaust with a cut out. I want to go with a TA-62, V4, 009's,Terry houston DP.108 octane and the proper chip. I will also be running 26x10'' MT Streets. Assuming the car is tuned properly what should I expect? Also do I need to upgrade the cam for that size turbo? Thank you for your time.

That isn't enough converter for that turbo and with 26" tires you are going to top out at around 113-114 in the 1/4 no matter how big a turbo you have.

So with a laggy 2.0 60ft and 113 max, you are looking at solid 12.0's...Probably not what you were hoping for. In fact, you could probably run a similar number with the stock turbo/intercooler/converter, just by adding the ET's/injectors/THDP and race gas/chip.

Change the tires to 28"X10.5 ET's and the converter to a 9.5 or 9/11 lock up that stalls around 3300 rpm and you are looking at low 11's @ 120+ mph capability. A big turbo needs a lot of converter. That TURBO is WAY bigger than you need at this point, and you pay for it in lag.

Don't talk about changing the cam until you have to. Ported heads will give a lot more bang for the buck than a cam at this point, allowing higher hp at lower boost.
