Anyone know what is the size of the swivel fitting thats on the oil cooler lines?

Which end, the oil filter adapter or the radiator? Adapter calls for a 20MM Saginaw fitting, good luck finding that ! Its an inverted flair on the radiator side, don't know the measurement though. 4740-8B is an aeroquip part number for the adapter side (engine) according to this write up TurboBuicks.com - Upgrade To The F-Body Radiator
but they didn't fit on my stocker. I pulled the fitting in the adapter and went with FBM-1203 from Summit racing which is 1/2" NPT

Done the same. I did the f-Bod radiator swap and I am having a hard time finding the fitting to run an external oil cooler.

My experience, dump the connections at the filter adapter and go with four of the FBM1203 from summit. They are one piece so you'll have to screw em in first then push on the hose, the two piece recommended in the write up leaked big time. I got the recommended B&M cooler and aeroquip line. Get some vasoline or order the assembly lube, those hoses do not want to slide on the easily, also leave a little extra slack in case you ever have to remove them since you 'll have to cut the hose to get em off.

the FBM1203 will screw into the oil filter adapter and the oil cooler? Same thread size???

Yep, 1/2 NPT just remove those fittings on the oil filter ring. Mine came loose with a large adjustable, just be careful since the ring is aluminum I believe. I used some sealant on the threads.

I got it from aeroquip.cc its 2556-8 I think. Check my link above and it has all the info. 8' ran me $27
