8in or 10in? im going to buy new rims just for slicks, what would be better? 10in? what back spacing do i need?

i cant remember off the top of my head, but i think i ran a 3.5 with a 1/4 inch spacer on weld 8 inches. i would go with 10's for a big tire.

i have my 28x11.5 et streets (which are actually 28X10.5) on 8 inch wheels. most tires that size should also work on 10 inch wheels, but it probably depends on the brand of tire.

actually, 28X11.5 ET Street are the same as 28X9 slicks.....28X12.5 ET Streets are the same as 28X10 slicks

BS on a 10" rim should be 4.5-5 depending how your car sits on the frame.....some will require notching and/or rolling the fender lip

I would definitely mount and fit before buying.........
