What size are the threads on my three mounting holes on the hot side of my TA61. Anyone know? Bison maybe?

Why did you ask if you know the size then?

Because the person that installed may have, or may have not forced the wrong bolt in. Now I have an M10-1.5 and that won't thread. Does it not thread because the previous jackwagon forced the wrong threads in there before? Or is it really a 1.25 threading? I'm not sure.
Called Precision but they're all gone for the day :(

Send it to Bison to fix.

It's fresh from precision :( Going to wait and see tomorrow when I call. Or I get a second double check on here.

An M10 and a 3/8-16 are extremely close. An M10 is .390 and a 3/8 is .375 and without getting into exact specs...the thread pitch is damn close.

I've gone through over 400 10x1.5 studs in the last year. I've also thead chased at least 1200 10 x 1.5 threads on exhaust housings in the last year I've also thread inserted at least 20 exhaust housings in that location because of cross threaded studs and bolts or broken bolts or studs. Every time it's been 10 x 1.5

So lets get this story straight. From your other post you show pictures of a bolt on the floor. Aggressive Auto (do you mean Aggressive Performance?) took your newly Precision rebuilt turbo and removed the studs and replaced them with the wrong sized bolts? Or are you reffering to the bolts that hold the downpipe on?

This was from 2010, so I can't remember if there were studs in there when I dropped it off or not. But now I know they're the wrong threads. And this bolt was very hard to remove. When I examined the threads, they were toally mangled. I mean beat up bad. I don't want to remove the turbo because I'm very short on time (new house) and don't want to get into yet another project. (I have 3 going on simultaneously on the car as I type)
I was just cleaning some rust out of some bolts and recoating some things in anti seize for maintenance. And yes, it was Aggressive Performance. :( It's gotta be the people he hires in there.

Like it or not you got a new project. That turbo has to come off. No way is going to seal now. Send it to Bison to fix.

Worst case scenario I'll just thread a long high strength bolt through the backside to act as a stud, then bolt it in normally through the header.

Well, not only was the expert at Precision wrong, but so was Bison. I DID NOT expect that lol. My threads really are M10x1.25. Dam. Now I gotta order new bolts lol

I go through over 500/year. I've never seen 10mx1.25mm on any ex housing

Well, Bison is not wrong. Guess your housing is one of none. Lucky you.
