What size turbo with atr headers

What about using a set of non ported aluminum stage 2 heads. A decrease in port volume, bigger valves, maintaining velocity. You shouldn't need the rpm for flow then, correct? You would still have excellent flow from a 10 degree head with a smaller turbo that is roughly 20mm smaller than the equivalent turbo that it took to run the OP's goal 14+ years ago. I had to run a PT80 and then an 88 to hit 8.90s. I didnt have

Turbobitt is right on with 3.50 gears and a 28" tire. With the right turbo and cam, you won't need to spin it to the moon and it will be much more fun.

And I bet my Ta heads flow almost as much as the typical stage 2 head.

I would not bet on it, maybe your intakes might flow as much as a stage II exhaust.......

Dont mean to bring up an old post, but this one had some good discussion about turbo options that match my engine profile.
