what stall for 6152?

getting ready to send my vigilante in for a re-stall. should be 3200 correct?

I'm not an expert but I would think 3000 @ 0 boost would do it with the .63 exh housing. Maybe someone else will chime in who has more converter knowledge.

I had a 3200 9x11 for my TE45A and there was no lag. I imagine a 3k stall would be fine. If you plan on upgrading to a larger turbo in the future, the 3200 stall was very driveable and I had no issues with it. It was my DD to and from high school.

I am running one of Dusty's PTC 10in lockup's with my 6152. I got mine right when Dusty was starting to get them out there. There was a couple of us that were set up with 3200 stalls and they were to loose. Dusty tightened them back up to a 2800 and all I can say is wow!!! Highly recommended, I have been extremely happy with mine. I am running a .63 precision housing right now and I am moving up to an .85. Mine spools so fast right now I am looking to slow it down a bit and stretch its legs more on the big end!

I am running a single disc 0 pump PI Vigilante with the 6152 turbo, on a stock motor with new valve springs. The converter stalls at 3200 RPM and is showing CS% of 8-9% on the big end. The car weighs 3780 with me in it and has turned some respectable numbers, 1.57 60' 7.19 1/8 11.37 1/4. I am very pleased with the converter and stall speed. The car is easy to drive around town and spools the turbo instantly.

I do have me some brand new mickeys on there, but I havn't been to the track yet to give them a try! lol
TT redid my chip to and she is getting alot faster, just dont have the slips yet. Mostly lack of effort, just havn't gone to the track!
