One tip was plugged on the sensor. Took it off. But the hoses were routed right.....THANX!!!

They serve 2 different functions.The soleniod is controlled by the computer 2 vent boost pressure and the wastegate controlls the amount of boost.

So..... Yes I got a manual boost controller.....Holy hell cut my turbo lag in half and 15psi of boost is a wonderfull thing!!!! Thanks Guys!!!
