All right, all right! You got us all beat so far:D

I get up between 7-7:30am, haven't used an alarm clock in years, in to work by 8:30am, work till 6pm or later, go home, work on this freakin' #@$#@$ Turbo Regal till 10 or 11pm, then sleep, get up and do it all over again!

Up at 4:30am, to work @6, home at 2:10pm with no lunch. Feed dog and nap.

another day at the office

Up at 4:15 most days, out the door by 5:15 to make it through the Naval Base Norfolk gate by 6 (before most of the other 35,000 commuters per day!) push ships into and out of port for most of the day and go home when the Navy is finished with us. Most days it is about 8 hours, but has been as short as six and as long as 22 hours. Overtime after 11 hours. Rotating duty staying overnight every six days.
However, the office is on the water and has 4000 horsepower!
Could be worse...

Get up at 5:30am sh!t, shower, shave...leave by 6:00am....get to work by 6:40.......work 12 hours.....usually get out of work by 7:10pm.....get home by 7:45pm 12 hour shift 3 or 4 day weeks....rotating schedule.....work nights one year and day the next year. Pay is good but the whole year I am on nights the wife is pissy!!! Overtime is a killer, but I usually get around 6 to 7 hours of sleep:D

Phillyturbosix.........that schedule sounds

I get up around 10:30am go to the gym and then run errands. I then strap on the uniform and drive 3.2 miles to work, go to briefing at 1:30pm and put people in jail. :D

Mon-Thr: 5:45am

Fri: 4:45am

I have a 1.5hr commute each way. Been doing this for the past 5 years. The commute sucks, but pay & job is good.

I get up when my newborn duaghter tells me to. I watch her till about 3, race to my wife's work, drop her off and then race to U.P.S. to start at 3:30. p.m. Drive a little brown truck and work on a boring computer for 6hours, then park more brown trucks and detail them for another 2/3 hours. Home by midnight. Thought I had it bad till I read some of the other posts.

Put who in jail?;)

Depending upon the work roster (which by the way changes almost freaking daily, Which means I have to drive to the office and check it because we are not informed of changes and will be punished if we show up for work with the wrong amount of people or not enough people for shift that particular day, by the way the office is 35 to 45 min. away from home and the only person that has a key is my squad leader and I have to call her to see who the heck is working, which means she has to come to the office to open the door to see who's going to work for that shift........This is the Army............as they say deal with it.

Oh.. I'm sorry we were talking about work hours, as you can see I very rarely know when I'm working nor the hours but I degress, My hours depending upon what shift I'm working consists of.

Day's - 0445 Weapons draw, get off at 1500 do P.T. till 1630.

Swings - 1345 Weapons draw, get off at 2300 do P.T. till 0030.

Mids - 2245 Weapons draw, get off at 0900 do P.T. till 1030.

Oh,by the way I am dual military which means that me and my wife are in and we have 2 kids 1 is 3 months old, you can do the math and frustrations from there.

Day shift - up at 0330 at work @ 0430. Work till 1630.

Night shift - up whenever, at work at 1630, home about 0530.

Rotating 12s sux!

work nights MT, off WTh, days FSS, off MT, nights WTh, off FSS, days MT, off WTh, nights FSS, off MT, days WTh, off FSS

Repeat for 10 years. Become the grumpy, bitter '38 yr old that I am now! Starting new business, looking to leave this crap behind!:D

Up at 6:10am. Leave between 6:30-6:40. At work between 7:20-7:30. Work until noon, eat lunch, take nap. Work from 1:00-4:30 or later. Drive home.

I'm changing jobs, but the schedule will be the same.

Later,
