what turbo is this?

Question for your guys. I have a new turbonetics turbo, and I am not sure if it is a 60-1 Stage V, or a 61 Stage V. The inducer measures 61 mm and the exducer measures 90 mm? It seems to me it is a 61 Stage V, but i am not certain. I ordered a 60-1, but on the inside of the box says 61-V-.63

Then my next question is the recommonded stahl speed for a converter?
