What valve springs with 218-212 roller cam

I did figure out the problem after working on it in 30 minute increments a few times a week for months. It was a silicone intake elbow that connects my air filter that was collapsing over 5000rpm. The strange part its the same intake pipe I've used for years with my old setup. My new 6265 turbo must pull that much more air. I took the elbow out and now its fine.
