what weight of oil are you guys using with high mileage motors

i have a 87 gn with 76,000 miles on it what weight oil should i use should i go heavier or not

i see you are in a cold climate so i would reccomend 5 w 30 in the winter and 20 w 50 in summer .heavier oil and your global location may join forces to make you rod bearings roll over and play dead or let out a really loud scream that ll drain your wallet .try stirring sucking honey thru a straw in 20 degree weather .your face would collapse .strictly joking around but you get the point ,rite ?www.ckperformance.com

I use 5W30 in my 2.0 Corsica, gonna turn 212K tomorrow.
