QUESTION IS .. WHY WOULD YOU RACE WITH A KNOWN BAD TRANS ?.. LIKE TO WATCH THE CLEAN UP CREW ?

If you are making any power direct will be fried after one 2-3 flare under power. Then it won't shift at all under power

I was just wanting to know what could go. This tells me, thanks. I bought the car out of state 5 month's ago and have put 5000 miles on it since. It was doing it when i got it. Some times it is fine. Normal driving it is perfect.

Well, that is correct, but I would like to think that he knew that......and was looking for something a little more specific....didn't seem like
he wasn't asking you if you loved to pay to race or watch clean up crews all night.....he was asking about transmissions......just saying.....
