What would make a plug wire pop off?

Hey everyone! I have notice the same plug wire randomly popping off. I swapped the wire and it still pops off on occasion. What could be causing this? I am making sure the plug wire is attached securely..

Replace the spark plug. Odds are that it is leaking combustion gases past the shell seal.

Probably best to replace all of the plugs.

Does that really happen? I am not doubting just never heard of it.

well my plug wire tends to pop loose about once a month. same plug every time. i think i have a blown head gasket which im sure has something to do with it as well....i haven't done compression check yet to verify.
