Whats better: rear tubular or boxed control arms?

looking to get either the umi tubular arms or hotchkis boxed, what seems to be better? also, what are some opinions on the rear atr bar? ive heard it can be too stiff....

Kind of depends on what you want to do with the car. The best set-up for the drag strip, and the best set-up for a high speed road course would be completely different, and neither one would ride good on rough streets. be more specific.
