What's better, Red Armstrong or Racetronix hotwire?

I've got a brand new Racetronix hotwire kit, and the t-type I just bought has the Red Armstrong vacuum controlled boost-a-pump hotwire on it now. Should I leave it on or put the racetronix hotwire on? Or would it be best to run the new hotwire and wire it in with the Armstrong thing?

I use both...Some steer clear of a volt booster when runnung alky due to interference, but I don't have issues....

i have never been disappointed by the quality of Racetronix products..... never seen the Red Armstrong ones.... so this is just my opinion.... Jack's stuff is top notch

The racetronics is a hot wire kit,putting the relay at the back and increasing the wire size to the pump.The Reds unit is a volt booster that increases voltage to the ignition,injectors and fp.I use both but you will get many opinions on the volt booster.Try it and see for yourself.

The RA set up on the car is the volt booster, not a hot wire. The only boost activated fuel pump wiring made by Red is the hobbs switch going to a double pumper. If it is a Red's volt booster, use it with a hot wire, just don't get it wet.

Red's hot wire takes the fuel pump signal from the test port at the driver's valve cover, with a relay under the hood, then an adapter plug at the factory wiring at the tank. Most use the factory power to activate the relay at the tank.

if you have a boost switch (hobbs) hotwired to the tank ....you have a double pumper

with the double pump that switch activates the second fuel pump at approx 10-12psi
and because the second pump comes on and can supply way more than needed it usually wasnt necessary to run a hotwire to the primary pump
