Whats involved in removing the rear seats ?

I am thinking of sending my rear seats, both the top and bottom, to Jax to be recovered. Any idea what is involved and how to remove the rear seats and backs ?

bottoms... 1 bolt in front ... tops ... one nut on the bottom of the seat frame .. just lift out

Anyone have an idea on how heavy the rear seats are? I have been thinking about this also.

Bottom - Not much at all. Top - Not too bad either. Probably a few pounds, but nothing unmanageable.

Yeah, I though if I removed my rear seat my car would be lighter (therefore faster) at the track. After I went through the work of removing I thought it a total waste, so I reinstalled them before going to the track. You do have to unhook the seatbelts from the tops. Not much work though.
