I have a 1987 WE4 with a 2 year old engine rebuild and a new rebuilt trans with a 2 year warranty new tires GNX style wheels 107,000 miles new turbo rear coil overs and rear disc conversion it needs a/c compressor replaced and steering column repaired from a failed theft attempt but this car otherwise runs and drives fine and looks nice when cleaned up and also has a new shift cable too I'd like to trade this or sell it but I need to know what it's worth and thanks for the help

Hard to tell with no pics.
Yep pics would help but the AC and steering column issues will really hurt your price.

I'd say a safe offer of 8 to 10grand.
8grand as it sits,10 grand with at least the coloum fixed an a bath. Pipes,wing are things anyone can correct. What are you looking to trade for?

I would have to agree 8K-10K...
It was maybe about 10 years ago or less 15K would get you a damn nice TR and it still possibly could but that is getting more rare by the day, now they are now 18K up to 25K. The prices on these cars are going up you may wait a few more years and get to 15K. But again you may find that person that will pay 15K now you never know? Good luck

They are suppose to be a little lighter than a GN, the rims, most were no power seats etc. and yes there were only 1547 made but they really haven't taken off in price, the GN's are still worth more and its what most people want. Most folks don't understand the black Turbo T and the WE-4.
And as far as GN's what do you hear when someone wants one? It's a 87GN when there are a lot less 86's.
There is a friend here local selling his TR's 1-WE-4, 1-87 black T and a black 85 T-type. The We-4 is a decent car and you could get it for about 10K not sure of the mileage?
