whats the fluid capacity?

Hey guys, just had my 2004r built and put back in, just wondering before start up, how much fluid should i dump in? the converter prolly half full. i know i can pour in and check it but i wondering how much i should put in before i crank it? thank you!

Quick question

DID you BLOW OUT (OLD FLUID) OF THE LINES to the RADIATOR & COOLER before installing? I am sure you did but just checking

GM 2004R = 6 quarts
But depending on T converter size you need to add these

13" 5 qt
12" 4 qt
11" 3-1/2 qt
10" 3 qt
9" 2-1/2 qt
8" 2 qt
7" 2 qt

I hope someone can DOUBLE CHECK ME
