What's wrong?

I have just had my trans rebuilt, and it will no longer shift from 1st to 2nd, at WOT or anything more than say half throttle. I have checked the gov. and the spring is still there if there is only supposed to be one? What else may be wrong? It is starting to get me frustrated, and i dont know what else to do.

I had a simular problem with my new trans at WOT. Senior member TENRIGHT set me strait last Sunday. It is a simple adjustment of the TV cable. There is a D shaped buttom on top of the throttle body with a cable from the trans and is tied into the gas pedal. Push the button in and push the wire in one click. Then floor the gas pedal (engine off) and listen for a click. Test the car and add another adjustment in. Keep it up until you are there. Page me tomorrow if you need help over the phone.
