Wheel and Tire Combos

Does anyone know what the right wheel width and backspacing that works best with the biggest/widest radial and full racing slick?

At the moment I have 15x8.5 3.5"B.S. With Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro 26x10.5x15 The look pretty good. I want to mount slicks on the same size wheel.

B.T.W. I'm running 15x4 with 25 x 5.5 Front.

there has been MANY, many posts on this and if you do a search on here i think you will find it almost exhaustive. however, a few will chime in with GREEAT answers...

some have had 15x10, 15x9.5 with good success, but 15x8 is good with no worry of rubbing. over 28 inches tall and 10.5 wide you have to worry about the tires hitting either the frame or the wheel opening (lip). take care and contact me if you need anything.
