Wheel Widening

Is there anyone in Texas that does a good job of widening aluminum wheels? I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.

I had mine done by Eric Vaughn Machine. He is a really nice old school craftsman and been modifying wheels for high speed Bonneville salt flat cars for years.
