When Adding A Trans.cooler Which Is Best?

I'M going to add a trans. cooler this weekend, just wanted to know whats the best way, to go thru the new trans cooler only,or to run it thru radiator cooler first then to the new cooler.
Will be using a B&M SUPERCOOLER. I'M sure somebody has tried it both ways and knows which way is the BEST.
