When do you know your out of Inj? with the new 6765 wcbb, I noticed that PL shows Inj Duty Cycle is above 90% with my 50lb inj @ 23lbs of boost. I took her out on 8-5-08 & my 02s were 680/690 with 101oct and methanol. TTchip burned for 91oct & meth. I didn't change any values on chip. should I get the 60s ? what to do, combo is 6765 wcbb-V4-cc 206/212-stock pp heads-Razor's kit-50lb inj-62 TB-new rebuilt tranny with Pat's 10in 32/34 stall. 2nd ? is what do you guys use besides clamps to hold all of vaccum lines in place, mine seem to pop off when I get on her.

What is your fuel pressure (not just at idle, but when you're getting on it)? What fuel pump? Hotwire kit? Volt booster? New fuel filter? Your high duty cycle could be the ECM trying to compensate for some problem upstream from the injectors...

To answer your 2nd question, use a little hair spray on your vacuum lines before you connect them then put a tie wrap around it tightly.

It's a new 340 from Poston's, with a hot wire, when I saw the SM at 680 I got distracted & got off her, didn;t look at FP guage on hood. no volt booster took it off. new fuel filter. what is this extra ground members keep talking about for the fuel pump?

tonight as I get on freeway, I hit 25# of boost & Fpressure stops at 60#. next I ease into her and hit 20# boost & Fpressure again stops at 60#. now could it be a FPR problem as that is only thing I haven't changed in 15yrs. as some may say it's fpump.

this morning I start her & while looking at engine I notice 2 things.:o 1st- was clamp from turbo to intercooler/side was off. 2nd- 2 bolts from turbo to header were loose, (heard leak) could this have a direct effect on my low 02s?

Both of those problems are indicative of bad A/F numbers and boost issues. ANY exhaust leak pre-turbo will kill thses cars and any of your clamps not being tight will let in unmetered air causing havoc with BLM and INT numbers.

seems my 15yr old FPR will be changed as I believe it is to weak to pass 60#. not to mention how old it is. plus I'll be adding an extra ground strap to fuel tank & checking all my vacumm lines.
