I don't know the correct name, but you guys know what I'm talking about-- The long screwdriver tool with the fork in the end for popping the little door panel retainers off w/o breaking them.

What's it called and where can I order one that will work with GM vehicle style retaining nuts from?

I would say any auto store like "auto zone" should have it OR a body shop supply OR your local tool vender
 
Check the "Help" rack at any Napa, etc. Bought mine there a while ago.

NAPA, the Zone, and you can even order them from J.C. Whitney super cheap.

BTW, The proper names for that tool, are:
"the forked door panel thingy", and
"the split tailed panel popper".
