What is the problem with the ACC carpet? Two of the other sources (nos4gn & GBodyParts) also use ACC as the manufacturer.

Thx!

Since the owner was killed in a plane crash, the customer service has gone down. [IMO]. Last call there got a snotty response from some biatch..
Last 2 times we used thier carpet, after some 6 mo's it turned green..[was black to start with.. well, kinda black. Nowhere near as true black as the original we took out.]
The call to see what's up w/ the color loss, resulted in "we no longer use the "good dyes", as the law won't allow it".

That's bad because I got my T-type mats from them years ago. The were so worried about matching they wouldn't sell me the mats until they sent some color samples because they hadn't sold a burgandy set before

To give everyone a heads up ACC in Alabama is probably the major supplier to companies like us and many many others especially the older cars. Not sure if they do retail or not but we have been buying from them for years.

Problem with various other colors other than black for GN is demand. To be safe for tan example they could have 6 colors of tan so you want to send whoever you buy it from a sample of your carpet from under your seat that is not faded.....cuts down the chances of getting the wrong one.

Just my thoughts.
