Is there a website I can go to to learn basic tuning on GN's? I'm a new owner of one and I don't want to MESS UP!!

I'd do a "spring cleaning" and start tuning. ie new plugs/wires etc. Autolite 23's or NGK UR5's work well also and most prefer them. http://www.gnttype.org/maint/basics.html

18* street chips with 93 octane limit you to around 15-17psi.

Drain tank add 100 octane on the same chip and with tuning you should be able to run 24psi+ without knock/detonation. A 20-21* chip burned for 100 octane will allow 24psi+ and add some more power due to the timing increase.

Have 116 in the tank (this will foul a cat convertor if you are running one) and a 26* chip with 24psi boost and proper tuning... hold on :D . Things get fast.

ScanMaster is good..... Turbolink with a laptop works well.... and DirectScan with a laptop offering 18 frames/sec of data is the best on a factory ECM. They get pricier accordingly ;) .

Adjustable fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure guage is a must too.

What is your current combo?
