Hey guys dumb question i know but i dont have a manual with me today and im working on the car. Got a new PCV valve waiting to go on and cant find where it is on the car. Anybody have pics or just tell me directions that would be great. Right now i just installed new check valves in my vaccum lines (the ones i took off i could see light straight through them) and put on kirbans pasanger side breather kit. Anyways took the car out for a spin and it pulled like never before, problem is now it blew out the dipstick about a inch and some oil. Thanks guys

Look under the intake plenum from the passenger side and you will see a large vacuum line going under the manifold to your pvc valve.

Thanks guys i got it replaced, but i think the old one was just fine. What else would cause the dipstick to blow out like it did? Didnt do this until after the install of the new check valves and kirbans passanger side breather kit.

Sounds like crankcase pressure. When you installed the pass breather, did you by chance install a new grommet. If so, some grommets need to be cut open.
Also did you install the PCV upside down accidently?

I installed both check valves and PCV valve the same way they already where. The pcv valve had the larger end pointing down. Believe this is the only way it could go. As for the check valves, the one near the FPR i have the black part pointing towards the front of the car, the one on the canister i have the black part pointing towards the rear of the car. Is this right on the check valves?

Nick Micale has been saying for some time that the factory passenger side breather does a better job at releiving crankcase pressure than the aftermarket replacement. Obviously, you are building pressure enough to blow the dip stick out.

Yeah i might try throwing my stocker back on today and see what it does. Also for whatever reason i took it out for a test drive again and it did not do it as bad this time round. But i did notice when i took the dipstick out there was smoke coming from the tube. Is that a normal thing when getting to much pressure in that area?

No not at idle, seems like its only when i got out and stomp on it. I did this and pulled in somewhere and it will be doing it.
