Where to buy race gas around here??

The closest is a sunoco station in North East Maryland, about a 1/2 hour drive, not too bad but it's only 98octane. With that I run around 17lbs, and I'd like to fill up with it and maybe go higher on my chip settings, is 98 octane high enough for 19-20lbs of boost? I was told theres a VP racing store/warehouse near me that has a pump that I could fill up with, I took a look and couldn't find the place, Anybody been there?? Where do you buy??? My chip is for 93-100, so I'd like to go to the max with 100, is there that much of a difference between 98 and 100octane?

There is a sunoco gas station 2 miles from the Crystal Inn in Rising Sun, MD that sells race gas. They are like 5 minutes from Cecil County.
