I need to run my temp gage sending unit and oil pressure stuff along with other wires through the firewall. Where is the best place to poke a hole? The area where the throttle cable is, is already jammed with other stuff like boost line and other wires for fan and TCC switches.

Any ideas?:D

If it won't fot through the factory grommet go through the firewall just to the left of the coilpack about 6" or so.

I ran my boost gauge line through a hole I drilled behind the wiper motor. There's a shelf where the cowl vent is; I drilled underneath that back as far as possible. Put a grommet in the hole to prevent scuffing and it's less likely to get moisture back there due to the shelf. You could seal it with some silicone too once the wires are all run.

I have everything going through the factory hole where the speedo cable goes through. I have about 50 things going through there - SMC, water, oil, egt, boost, tach etc
