I have seen a few TR's with mesh vents replacing the hi-beam headlight on each side.

Anyone know where these can be purchased?

why? trying to make your car look like a late 80's 5.0 Mustang?

but if you must have them, i think you are going to have to make them yourself...

I saw a post from one of the members who put some mesh on custom air-dam;
similar to what you are looking for, I think.
He used a small black mesh wastebasket for his material, HomeDepot also sells some heavy gauge screen;
You will probably have to fab it up from flat stock.

I ran into a guy racing his 84 cutlass and he did this to his high beams. He said he used a screen mesh he picked up at a hard ware store. Painted it and pushed it between the headlight housing. He ran both side through a tube into his air filter.

I believe I got mine from GBody.

I used expanded metal and glued it to the back of the retention ring. I also cut the back of the headlamp buckets to let more air into the engine compartment.

You mean this? I made it from a Home Depot gutter guard screen, painted it, then held the screen in by tapping two 10-32 holes so the two screws would keep it from falling out....goes to the Kenne Bell ram air thingy.

Similar but replacing the headlight. I made mine the first time out of a lattice type plastic but the paint kept chipping off so I ended up buying them.
