which is better and what should i do?

I want to know which one I should run on my car. I have a ATR downpipe with a old delta external wastegate on it and I have a turbo with a heavy duty wastegate actuator on it. I want to know which one should i run on my car. An if I need a new external wastegate what kind should i get?

The external will give you more control. period. The HD will be easier to set up though.

A Tial 38MM will be a direct bolt in. I upgraded my old ATR gate to a Tial 38 last year. I think about $250 or so.
