Well your first two picks are in a TOTAL different class than #3!
An Acog or Aimpoint are both precision military grade optics! Either would work great at that distance... You are talking 500-1000+ range though... Also they are more a combat or target acquisition friendly than "precise," which don't get me wrong the are extremely accurate!
For a budget scope, again depends on the price... Also, a nikon m-223 scope is a great little piece for the price! It is a total different application than the Acog or aimpoint you mentioned first though.... With the first two you can shoot with both eyes open, while the m-223 is one eye blah blah blah....
