which power plate?

which works the best and yields the best results, the RJC power plate or the redesigned upper plenum from Hemco availale from www.johnsperformance.com ? the Hemco plenum has some dividers to redirect airflow inside and they claim 2 tenths and a 2.5 mph gain. do either of these items affect how a street car behave?

The Hemco is an improvement over the stock TB, but according to Jason's site does not distribute air as well as a stock TB combined with a power plate. Plus the Hemco costs much more then the power plate.
