Which Sensors for ME-R

I'm building my 4.1 from scratch and need to know which sensors will be required when using my ME-R. Just a simple list is fine, as I am aware that some of the stock sensors are not necessary and I don't want to buy pieces I don't need. I have a 3 bar, tps, and iat already.

On the sensors.....

I'll start out with what you don't need for the main engine harness.
You don't need maf, egr or AC stuff but you do need to take pin B8 of the ecm and use a spring return toggle switch to apply 12v to it when you want to show AC request for program mode.
I use the purge cannister in my cars but you can get by without that as well.
All others are needed under the hood.

Under the dash you will need a properly functioning PN switch, VSS.
Transmission 3rd and 4th gear switches should work but can get by without them. Use them if you have a 200.
