Which Spark plugs for S2 heads?

What spark plugs (brand and number) should I be using in aluminum S2 heads?

New S2 engine is going in the car tomorrow, won't run without plugs.

I have a 278 CI stage 2 motor with stage 2 heads in my turbo-t and it's used primarily on the street. I run NGK D7EA gapped at 35 with an MSD DIS4 ignition. The plugs work great for about 500 miles and then I need to change them. Iwould be interested in knowing what plugs are being used, the gap and how miles folks are getting out of their plugs.
