Just want to replace my plug wires with new Magnecor wires, I searched all vendors web site and no luck...where can i purchase these...thanks

I got a set from Cottons. The wire for #6 has a smaller plug boot to help with the tight confines of that cylinder' location. I couldn't find a set of 10mm seperaters for a 6 cylinder though.

Stay away from Magnecors in my opinion, get a set of tested MSD wires from RJC Racing ,Way better quality, fit and they come in black.

While I usually respect your opinion, I disagree on this one. Both are Great!
I've been using the magnecor 10's for well over 10 years on both my GN's and they've been totally trouble free.

X2, I've had the 10mm Magnecore wires onb my GN for about 10 years also, and they have been trouble free.

I respect others opinions as well,I base mine on hte fact that I always check or change plugs and hte ends get weak after a short while and then no longer snap on the plugs. This is just my exp,Im sure if you install them and never look back this would not occur.
I also am not a fan of red wires under the hood when everything else is dark.

I had a set of Magnecor 10s and switched to MSDs right at the track when I was running my 109 block. Made a huge difference.

I heard that Magnecor was sold and the quality went downhill. Do a search on here.

I like the RJC wires made by Russ Merritt for Racin' Jason.

+1 I've used Magnacore 10's for 10 years also with never a problem with dozens of spark plug changes during that time.

is there any performance difference in 10mm or the 8.5mm? will 10mm deliver more spark or something? just asking

I've also had a set of Magnecores on both cars, one for over 10 years one for 6 now.

Great wires, 10mm and the red is easy to spot. :p

All wire boots should have some silicon paste or dielectric grease on them for lube.

I replace the plugs once a year and check them once and clean them if necessary.

You can pull the ends off any wires if they are stuck on the plugs.

Magnecores are great wires.

ive always liked the look of the red wires running down the motor.:) but then ive got shiny rims too.
