Which wastegate?

I have to buy a wastegate for a TE44 and I am leaning toward running a RJC boost controller. Should I buy the heavy duty wastegate or the regular wastegate since I am going to be using the boost controller to control boost? Thanks

Stock WG has a 13# spring, HD WG has a 21# spring. So, if running less than 21# of boost all the time, then get the stock 13# one. If you always run more than 21#, then get the HD one.
.. I beleive my numbers above are correct, someone might want to confirm that.

with a rjc bleeder valve u can run a standard wastegate spring and set base boost at 16 or 17 then stretch spring in bleeder and install 2 turns so your at 16 or 17 then u can use the bleeder from 17 to 30 psi range
