not sure, here is part of the response from the owner when contacted about the car:

"Needs a vacuum brake conversion(I have the parts), muffler, and an interior trim piece for the t-top".

Nice guy, I talked to him. The carfax for it shows an odometer reading of 107K miles in 98.
