I think anybody who has read his writings either in the newletters or email updates can tell how easily he can be perceived as a pompous a$$.
I've heard more than one story about events with his ego getting in the way of good manners and customer service. Never met him in person myself.
His mail order/internet business is sound and well run and I'm sure makes money. Only problems I ever had there were with the ditsy babes in the office. Nothing major just a communication problem.
Quickest shipping in the East.
Buying a car from him would be a chore unless you just pay his price and leave. Never bought a car like that however.
