Who has the hardend rockershafts with rockers and everything else?

Who has the best hardened rockershafts that come with rockers?


Also, who carries the billet shafts? Is any machining required for them? Or special rockers? Thanks guys.

Are the shafts the same? some people say they have billet ones other say hardened....whats better?
